A lot of people don't understand what an auto detail is, essentially it's getting every piece of the car near perfect. A car wash  simply washes / dry the exterior (often removing only a portion of the dirt, and leaving wet spots), and vacuums the inside. They rush the entire process and if you're going through a machine wash, you are damaging your paint! 

For example a full auto detail package would include; Exterior wash (every single piece of dirt removed), tires & wheels detailed, bugs removed, windows spotless, spray wax (protects paint up to 1 month and makes your vehicle shine), vacuum entire interior, disinfect / remove dirt & grime from full interior, vents cleaned, stains removed, clean mats, and any extras you decide to add. 

This whole process takes hours, whereas a normal car wash takes 20-30 minutes. I personally have my car detailed once a month. This way my car always stays in a clean condition so I can drive in style, and not have to worry about depreciation caused by lack of cleanliness. 

It really depends on how dirty the car is, the type of service, and whether or not multiple people will be on the job. 99% of the time it will take a couple hours at least. So please pick a time when you have a decent amount of time you will not need to use the vehicle. We do go by appointments only, usually we're booked 3-5 days in advance but sometimes have same day appointments available

Not at all! The whole purpose of mobile detailing is the convenience we bring to the table, the only thing we ask is to make sure key is accessible when we show, and you can complete payment when we are done.  

We take cash and online payments, such as; Zelle, CashApp, ApplePay, PayPal, and Venmo.

The frequency of detailing depends on your driving habits and environment. Generally, it's recommended every 3 to 6 months, but more frequent detailing may be necessary if you drive in harsh conditions or have children and pets.

Remove any personal items from the car and ensure the vehicle is accessible. If possible, please park the car in a shaded area to make the process safer and easier. 

Detailing will improve the appearance of minor scratches through buffing, but it cannot fix deep scratches or dents. For those, we recommend consulting a body shop.

Yes, our detailing services include thorough cleaning of upholstery and surfaces, which can help eliminate unpleasant odors. We also offer additional odor removal treatments if needed.

Yes, we can address severe stains and damage to the best of our ability. Our team uses specialized techniques and products to treat tough stains, but some may require more intensive repair work beyond detailing. We’ll assess the situation and provide recommendations during the walkthrough.
